Lori Ho

Lorita ho is a Hong Kong-based painter, art teacher and community artist who has worked in the art field for more than five years. Having graduated in 2007 from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, she has been working with different organizations such as St. James Settlement and Enlighten – Action for Epilepsy in carrying out community art projects and donating artworks. She has also participated in a number of exhibitions in and outside of Hong Kong, such as the Fotanian Studio Openings and exhibition at SpaceWomb Gallery, New York.

Highly interested in the spiritual realm, she makes use of paints, pens and watercolours to visualize her belief, or her perception of reality through daily online images. Issues of spiritual dimensions, reality and hyper-reality have all been tackled within her work, although a degree of ambiguity is always intended to allow viewers to land on their own interpretation.
